OKENE II: PDP ATTAINED ANOTHER LEVEL OF VICTORY AS APC AS FAILED TO PRESENT THEIR WITNESS BEFORE THE TRIBUNAL

The election petition tribunal held today at the magistrate court Wuse II Abuja, between Hon. Sanni Salau Ogembe of People Democratic Party (PDP) and Hon. Ahmed Dahiru Ameuru of All Progressive Party (APC) is another sign of victory for the People Democratic Party as the counsel to Hon. Dahiru of APC write to the honorable tribunal that they accept the evidence present before the tribunal on the Friday 12th, July 2019 by the People Democratic Party (PDP).

The independent national electoral commission INEC also failed to provide their witness to clarify the conduct of the electoral process in the last Kogi state house of assembly election in Okene II constituency.

The honorable tribunal then adjourned the hearing section till 9th of august 2019 for the closing of the hearing section of the tribunal.

According to the counsel to the People Democratic Party, barrister Olumide assure the petitioner of an undeny victory as APC cannot defend the petition and evidence present before the tribunal.
Technically, an accused person accept defeat when he failed to appear for defense. He added

I urge all our supporter to turn a deaf ear to all miss interpretation of judgment and violence from other side as every trapped reptile will always try to defend itself in a harsh way not knowing that the head is off.
