Sen. Ahmed Ogembe Speak On The Assassination Of Late Yusuf Adebenge.

Sen. Ahmed Ogembe the senator representing Kogi central senatorial district in the 8th national assembly, here by speak through a WhatsApp voice note concern the allegations laid against him over the death of late Yusuf otaru Adebenege the custodian of aneku sementi.

Sen. Ogembe who speaks to the general public through a WhatsApp voice note on the Wednesday 31st of July, extended his regards to the entire Anebira and His Royal Majesty Dr. Alh. Ado Ibrahim the Ohinoyi of Igbira kingdom for their understanding on the allegations laid against him over the death of Yusuf Otaru, he said it is not a good Idea to speak to the entire Anebira through a WhatsApp voice note but all his efforts to make use any of the radio station in the state was not let to see the light, but he don't feel bad because he don't know what was their fear and moreover they own every right over their business.

He appeal to the general public to give him a listening ears over his explanation,  just as they have accepted his previous voice note where he stated that through the investigation going on so far, he will make sure he follows due legal protocol to get to the root of this issue.

Sen. Ogembe said, he wrote a petition to the IG of police on this matter, with love and affection the IG minutes it to DIG on homocide, and they raised and sent up a team to recover the files and the suspects who alledgely accuse him of being the master mind behind the assassination of late Yusuf to Abuja for proper investigation because he believe there is compromisation on what happened between them but the held the file without releasing it to the team.

Governor bello and I have become a logger head at the force headquarter over the issue of the files and the suspect, Bello don't want their release. We head to the office of the commissioner of police still, the file and the suspects were not released said he is acting on directive, Sen. Ogembe added.

I want to use this time to inform the entire anebira concerning the latest achievement, that I want a thoroughly investigation by the security experts over the assassination of Yusuf Otaru, sen. Ogembe said.
Ogembe said, Being the accuse person he won't just let the issue died a silent death, because such evil act can't just happen and let flush by the rain, the good people of Anebira have disagree to such evil that.

Ogembe in his speech said the reason why he have to get to the bottom of this case is because many have been in prison for such a false allegations that they don't have a legal opportunity to defend their self, as the accused person he wants a legal and a proper investigation but why is the files and the subjects not been released? he asked.

Yusuf Adebenege as a custodian for over 25years have been a symbol of unity within his clan and the entire Igbira land, but it's obvious that within the three years of this new government this expensive damage have been caused,  within this same three years the custodian achewuru was killed, still within this three another masquerade was killed on the day of his performance, so many damages has occurred during the three years of this government, he exclaimed.

Sen. Ogembe said in every other community or state if sturborn youths or people was court, the implement a legal process, but Kogi state issue was not like that in this last three years of this government, it was still in this last three that AHETE masquerade was killed, does it means that sen. Ahmed Ogembe was responsible for all this mention above? He asked

Senator Ogembe appeal to the entire Anebira, to stand up for justice, he also commend Dr. Alh. Ado Ibrahim, the Ohinoyi of Igbira kingdom for his effort over this issue and he also urge him to keep the  good work going to help anebira get to the root of this issue.

Senator Ahmed Ogembe also in his voice note asked the president of Ebira People Association (EPA) of his contribution over this matter, is answereth to the sitting government or the entire anebira that he is representing? He reminded the president of EPA that the interests of the entire anebira should be paramount, it was expected of the president to have acted on this issue.
He also appeal to president to rise up and act on this matter because he have never met with the president of EPA at the force headquarters neither does the president call him over this issue, he reminded the president that the accusations was about the death of a human not animal, so he challenge the president to join hand to get to the bottom of this matter.

Sen. Ahmed Ogembe appeal to every political holders to be careful with their actions while in power, because every political post have a fixed time, what will be happen to your people after the political office should be the primary concern before any actions So that we can create a good legacy for the people we left behind.

Sen. Ogembe said, It is never out cowardice trying all possible best to avoid Bello and his actions because he have the believe that he don't have issues with Bello or anyone and still don't have issues with him but the reaction of Anebira is his concern, so he appeal to the concern anebira to ask Bello to back off the files so that proper legal investigation can take place because he have file a petition to the world court over this matter.

Senator Ahmed Ogembe describe Bello's actions as way of humility him as their primary aim was to use this to play politics and get him arrested but his clear conscience fear no accusation and he fear no one after Allah.

I respected him as a governor, yes but won't make me go and sit down and keep quiet over this issue, someone can just come and stand on the podium to blackmail me and expect me to keep quiet, anebira should plead Bello to  remove his hands from those files, sen. Ogembe appeal to the general public that this issue is too huge to be used in playing politics.

Finally senator Ogembe pray for the general public that such blackmail will never be their portion, and to the set of people that this issue been taken to prison before may God heal their life with aboundance blessing, he urge the entire Anebira to say no to political Oppressor.
