Kogi Guber: Safe Environment Will Boost Investor’s Confidence, Engr. Musa Wada Vision On Security

Dear KOGITES:

The primary responsibility of a government is protection of lives and properties of her citizens. Safe environment will boost investor’s confidence which will in turn have direct positive impact on our economy as regards employment and improved internally generated revenue (IGR).

Without peace and enabling environment there cannot be development. We need security for development to take effect. Without security and enabling business environment, no investor will invest in a turbulent state. 

Engr. MUSA Wada government shall put much energy in securing the lives and property of our people and State. Most importantly is job creation to keep our Youths active and productive.

• Construct new and rehabilitate existing security agency infrastructures

• Deliver more security patrol vehicles, supply communication and other surveillance equipment to all security agencies across the state.

• Sustain cordial working relationship between all security agencies in the state.

• Employ the use of technology to track and apprehend criminal activities and criminals.

• Introduce capacity building programs for Community Vigilante Groups and develop community awareness through the law enforcement and local government.

KOGI is our home. Let us now turn it into the great State we know it can and should be.
