NIGERIA ON TRIAL AS THE JUDICIARY EATS FROM THE CRUMBS OF BUHARI.

Nigeria entered a new low yesterday 11th September, 2019 at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja.

Justice Garba and his orchestra created a new order in Nigeria where they unanimously ruled that Gen Buhari need not to provide evidence of his certificate to qualify to be an entrant in the Presidential election.

They ruled and upheld that the false affidavit sworn to by Buhari declaring the loss of his certificate in the hands of the Army was a valid substitute for a school certificate.

The death of reasoning, Even kindergartners look forward to their certificates. The apex court will overturn this "ludo" decision. How do people sleep after a wilful and blatant blemish of their consciences??

Nigerian youth are being told that pursuing an education and wearing the laurels of success are not relevant and insignificant to such necessities as entering a new school, getting a new job and or participation in any credible election.

Buhari has been given the license to parade his illiteracy and non certificate by posing as a graduate through sworn affidavits, group photo and word of mouth.

By this very irresponsible and subversive ruling, anyone can claim to be a doctor, engineer, lawyer or even skilled ICT expert without tendering any certificates to prove who you are.
No wonder, our country has gone down in all facets of our lives since May 29th, 2015.

Charlatans, nitwits and the cabal shape the future of Nigeria by swallowing the independence of the judiciary. For no sane judge or group of judges will openly make such vexatious decision with an open conscience.

We appeal to all our supporters and people of goodwill to come with us to the Supreme Court to wipe out this very slate of indolence, mischief and deliberate kowtowing of justice by this group of 5 led by Justice Garba.

Nigeria Will Work Again.

The boy behind the crying meme that has been trending on social media finally speaking on what happened the day the photo was taken. He said, it all happened when he was with his grandmother in the village, where his friend parsuaded him to play dice with the money his grandmother sent him to used and bought garri. I was crying when I lost the money my mother gave me to bought garri from the market, so I started crying and later thought of increasing the rate of my crying to attracted the attention of people hoping to see someone who will help me, the boy narrated. A foremost sociopolitical interest group, Kogi Youth Roundtable has thrown their weight behind the mandate of Engr Musa Wada in the November 16 gubernatorial election in the state. In a statement made public by the National Publicity of the group, Comrade Jerry Ochada, the forum endorsed the ambition of Musa Wada at the end of its 27th Stakeholders council which reached a climax in Lokoja on Saturday.
