TOM OHIKERE: A WASTE OF PEN, BUT FOR CLARIFICATION SAKE; "HOW ART THE MIGHTY FALLEN"~Kogi PDP New Media team.

Kogi State is at a time in which a decision as to who becomes it's Next Governor will be taken.

One figure that seem to have stolen the centre stage lately is the wrongest of messengers for the sent message, in person of former Commissioner for Information, a supposed-to-be Elderstatesman, Mr Tom Ohikere.

My very belief is that the redundance of a voice is not enough to compromise it if dignity and integrity holds forth.

Mr Tom Ohikere, a bonafide beneficiary of the PDP administration, a former voice of the voiceless has fallen into the lines of the school of propaganda and State-sponsored victimisation of a people needing of liberation and not lies.

Well, if a lion will finally consider the economy around him and begin to eat grass, he will automatically be regarded as to be in the class of goats and sheeps.

And that is how Mr Tom Ohikere fell. But the faithfuls on the other side of the struggle will carry on anyway, as the lighter the weight the better the journey.

One simple advice for Mr Tom Ohikere is for him to having joined the side less popular, he should not insult himself further trying to bite the finger that once fed him and gave him the best image ever he had before his sudden lone journey, of course for the sake of his pocket and not for the sake of Kogites that look to him as a leader at decisive times like this.

Who would imagine that at a time the civil servants in Kogi State, that amount to being the major deciders of who governs Kogi State are strategizing to end their suffering by voting out the APC on November 16th, a respected figure like Mr Tom Ohikere will at this moment of history, decide to betray the struggle and turn against the people and align himself with Pharaoh, a Pharaoh that has vowed that the Israelites will not receive their wages but that rather they may choose to die in their sufferings.

But I hear the word of the Lord come down, saying the Egyptians in Government House and their new found loves, Kogites see today, they will by November 16th 2019 see no more in Government.

On this note, I make bold to state convincingly that a million and more of Tom Ohikere joining the task masters and punishers of the people of Kogi State, will not change the fact by even 0.001% that "the Egyptians in Government House that Kogites see today, by November 16th 2019, they will see no more in Government".

But then, there is still a means that leads back to salvation, Tom Ohikere can still rather find his way back into the struggle. A struggle started of God Almighty by Himself. A struggle of "Pharaoh, let go of my people (Kogites)", a struggle of "a worker is worthy of his wages" and not a struggle of "a lion has become so broke he will just have to eat grass".

As Tom Ohikere feasts and wines and dines with the punishers of the people, he should eat and eat well for we all know that after the punishers lose in November, his good image would exit power along with them, for today we know, tomorrow we do not, but history has us as it's students, on such grounds we will say that indeed, many have fallen, many great men even Tom Ohikere at a point we all thought that the struggle to liberate the people from their sufferings is gaining momentum.

Mr Tom Ohikere, indeed writing about him now is a waste of pen, but just an act of clarification that indeed "how art the mighty fallen".

One thing is sure, someday when the EFCC comes for the Government officials of today, even if in 20 years time, when they trace how the N50Billion Bail-out funds are spent, one will not be surprised to see a name like Mr Tom Ohikere in the list as one of those that cheated the people of Kogi State to the use of the Bail-out funds that have rather become a bazaar invitation to all forms of friends of the throne and to all forms of hungry politicians who care less about value but their pockets at the expense of the people.

As we bid Tom Ohikere goodbye to the bazaar ongoing in the other side, we on this side of #NovemBelloMustGo2019, insist that till November 16th 2019, it is a conscious effort to salvage the good people of Kogi State from the maladministration of Yahaya Bello.
