Breaking: Court Of Appeal Nullifies Sen. Dino Melaye's Election, Inec To Conduct Fresh Election In 90Days



Dino Melaye, Senator representing Kogi West senatorial district at the National Assembly has just lost his appeal and a fresh election has been ordered.

The Court of Appeal, Abuja division today 11/10/2019 affirmed the judgment of the Kogi State NASS Election Petition Tribunal nullifying the election of Senator Dino Melaye of the PDP.

INEC is to conduct fresh elections within 90 days from today.
