KOGI CENTRAL UNITY MANDATE, A BRANCH OF APC, RUNNING THE WRONG ERRAND

It has come to the notice of the Kogi Central PDP, a response by Hon. En-Habib Abdullah, the Spokesperson/head of Kogi Central Unity Mandate, a group that has posed itself more as a branch of the APC/GYB Campaign than a unity group indeed as the name of the group rather implies.

It is rather unfortunate that instead of the group to rather caution Ohere for his reckless ethnicity-card statement that is heating the whole polity up across the three Senatorial zones in the State, the group which is not less a branch of the APC decided to, as usual, in the nature of it's parent-group, APC, blame it on PDP.

The question is, could PDP in it's well-known and well-celebrated decent nature have singlehandedly come up with such inciting statement and circulate it as far as it went, successfully, if it really did not emanate originally from who the statement is credited to, in person of Ohere, an APC chieftain in Kogi Central?

Simply put, Ohere himself should come out and apologize for such careless and reckless statement by himself, rather than sending media errandrunners and groups to accuse PDP of coming up with such inciting statement that is already heating the polity up in the State.

Well, it is not a surprise really, one expects the various volunteering media errandrunners and groups to have their eyes on the N50.8billion bailout in the domain of Yahaya Bello and the recent N10billion released to Yahaya Bello by the Federal Government, so they will do anything to try to partake in the political bazaar going on in Kogi State at the expense of the purpose the monies were meant for.

In closing, En-Habib and his cohorts in the APC in Kogi Central should rather take it up as a duty to be coaching Ohere on how to talk in public. That way, they will be more useful than to be fronting as a support group of the APC, a Party that has since been rejected by even the majority good people of Kogi Central and all the State put together.

Guber Poll: November 16, A Sure Deal For PDP As Kogi Youths Thrown Their Weight Behind Engr Musa Wada.

A foremost sociopolitical interest group, Kogi Youth Roundtable has thrown their weight behind the mandate of Engr Musa Wada in the November 16 gubernatorial election in the state. In a statement made public by the National Publicity of the group, Comrade Jerry Ochada, the forum endorsed the ambition of Musa Wada at the end of its 27th Stakeholders council which reached a climax in Lokoja on Saturday. According to the resolution, the decision of the youths to endorse Wada is in line with the obvious lapses of the incumbent governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello attested by majority of Kogites and Nigerians as an unrepentant failure.
