Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim Disclaims A Purported Graphics Write-Up, Calls It Untrue, Restates Full Support For PDP

12th November 2019

ATTENTION PLEASE!

It has come to the attention of Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, a certain graphics going round on social media. In it, it is claimed that his father, the leader of PDP in Kogi State and former two-term Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Ibrahim Idris said that his son, Suleiman Ibrahim duped him to sponsor the candidate of the Party in the run up to the September 3rd primary election and hence, he is aggrieved and will not support the Party for the Governorship Election.

In Simple terms, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim wants all Kogites, both home and in diaspora, to disregard such graphics work and every single word of information in it, as it is the handwork of mischief-makers, desperate to rub his father's name in the mud in the name of the politics of the build up to the Saturday, November 16th Kogi State election.

Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim once again wants all to know that his father, His Excellency Ibrahim Idris made no such statement against his own son, Suleiman Ibrahim. He also wants all to know that he is as well not aware of any deal in Ghana that the fake news creators and carriers are talking about.

He said that rather than being distracted, they are as a structure in full support of the PDP and more than anything else and anybody else, they are all out working to ensure that PDP wins Kogi State, come Saturday, November 16th 2019.

Issa Itopa Lucky,
Media Adviser to Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim
