Kogi guber: Bar. Natasha H Apoti Have Been Cleared By The Court And Sdp Can Now Be In The Ballot For Kogi Guber Election.

The Court in Lokoja has ordered Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to include the Social Democratic Party SDP, on the ballot paper, “The court said INEC has no right to disqualify anybody, Her lordship said “What baffle her is that INEC has left her position of neutrality, that the umpire has jumped into the responsibility of court”

She also remind INEC to organise, undertake and superved to the best of its ability and maintains her neutrality.
