Stop Drinking And Writing, It Does Not Speak Well Of You At All; Kogi Central PDP Youths Tells Tom Ohikere, In Reaction To His Thuggery Allegations

A report on media credited to one Mr. Tom Ohikere of Kogi APC has been brought to the attention of the PDP youths in Kogi Central, wherein he alleged that the PDP in Kogi State is importing thugs and weapons into the State ahead of election.

It is first of all, sad to learn that the person alleging thinks that such allegation is one of those usual jokes himself and his cohorts crack while having their beer-parlour time. Hence, the PDP youths, rather than take such person serious has decided to offer medical advice to Mr Tom Ohikere, to reduce the rate at which he takes alcohol and that even if he must take alcohol, it must not be at a time he is about going on media to make any post, as his posts since joining APC has shown clearly that Tom Ohikere types while drinking, hence the kind of unimaginable things he posts and sends out for publication.

To set the records straight, though in response to the allegation of a popularly known drunkard, the group, same as the PDP in any other State in Nigeria is too decent to be having any business with thugs or weapons, how much more to engage in the importation of thugs or weapons.

On this note, the group calls on the attention of the Commissioner of Police in Kogi State and the IG of Police to please go into the camp of the APC in Kogi State and run a check, it must be that Tom Ohikere in his drunk mode indirectly gave a security hint that his Party, the APC has imported thugs and weapons into the State, considering the fact that the November 16th Governorship election is just few days away.

We wonder why it would need to even imagine having anything to do with thuggery at all, when the campaign it has been on has been the popular one and the people of Kogi State have resolved even on their own to vote in the PDP on the 16th day of November 2019.

We call on the security agencies to live up to her duties of securing lives and property to comb the APC of the possibility of importing thugs and weapons, considering it's campaigns that have thus far been nothing other than a flop inspite of the billions of Naira being wasted by the Governor in the name of campaign rallies.

A foremost sociopolitical interest group, Kogi Youth Roundtable has thrown their weight behind the mandate of Engr Musa Wada in the November 16 gubernatorial election in the state. In a statement made public by the National Publicity of the group, Comrade Jerry Ochada, the forum endorsed the ambition of Musa Wada at the end of its 27th Stakeholders council which reached a climax in Lokoja on Saturday.
