Stop Playing The Ethnic Card, Wada's Political Ambition Is Not worth Any Body’s Blood Whatsoever, Kogi Central PDP Cautions Ohere
The attention of the PDP in Kogi Central has been drawn to the new low yet again sunk down onto by an APC chieftain in Kogi Central, Engr. Abubakar Ohere, the honorable commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs in Kogi State, in reaction to the calendar of the PDP Governorship campaign and her candidate that are meant to storm Kogi Central Senatorial district for campaign ahead of the November 16th election in the state.
It was said to be a beer parlour time in which Ohere and his cohorts made known their evil plans, same as that of the APC, ahead of the forthcoming Kogi Central PDP campaigns.
The Kogi Central PDP campaign council wishes to immediately use this time to call the attention of security agencies to immediately swing into action and commence investigation as to the plans Engr. Ohere and his cohorts have ahead for the PDP as it comes to carry out it's campaign in Kogi Central.
The Kogi Central PDP campaign council cautions Ohere to stop playing the ethnic card as the forthcoming election is simply a referendum on the Government and Alhaji Yahaya Bello’s score cared, hence the forthcoming election should not be one that will via careless statements be turned into a tribal war, as it may so sustain post-election-wise.
The Kogi Central PDP campaign council wants Ohere to note that it's Governorship candidate is coming to the zone in peace and shall do his campaign in peace and that however, should anything happen that will lead to break down of law and order, it will not hesitate to hold Ohere and his cohorts in APC responsible as their careless statements already point as such, to show that possibly all may not be peaceful as the PDP campaign train comes to Kogi Central.
In conclusion, the Kogi Central PDP wants Ohere to find it needful to speak as a leader and not as an ethnic bigot as the mandate of Engr. Musa Wada is not a tribal mandate but an all-Kogites mandate, and hence it is not worth the blood of anybody or any tribe as it's all Kogites across tribes and tongues and beliefs that will decide the next Governor of Kogi State and not a certain tribe or a look of it, hence the drumbeats of ethnic war is needless and careless and should for peace sake be put to immediate stop, in the interest of pre-election and post-election unity of Kogi State.
